Delroy brings over a decade of award-winning expertise designing innovative product and experience design solutions for leading brands. He is inspired by the challenge of uncovering the right solution out of the many possible outcomes. Delroy treats product development as an investigative process, and his ability to coalesce informed insights with an understanding of human behavior and a creative use of form development enables him to create solutions that integrate emotional desire and functional need. He champions the philosophy that a product’s success hinges on the user’s ability to connect emotionally with it.
Prior to co-founding Maven, Delroy has cultivated his expertise working for large agencies and with leading brands on projects ranging from healthcare to financial management to houseware products. His previous experiences include collaboration with Motorola, 3M, American Express, The Coca-Cola Company, Herman Miller, SC Johnson, and Heartland Robotics. Delroy has been recognized as a leader in his field, garnering multiple design awards including Red Dot, IDEA, iF, and Medical Design Excellence awards.
When Delroy leaves the office, he takes it completely outside, tending to his homestead garden and exploring Georgia’s hiking trails with his family.
