ENVISIONING

Envisioning is the creative process of visualizing the future. We start by meeting with your team to define your target consumer and their specific needs. We analyze technological and social trends to define a whitespace in your market. We then help flesh out big ideas and frame them in a way that will align shareholders with your team. We work with you to map the road ahead, imagine new projects, and prepare for innovation so you’re always one step ahead.

MONICA MISIAK

Brand Designer

Monica is our brand and digital designer whose only filter is beautiful functionality. She takes the lead on communication arts projects ranging from logo and identity design to UI/UX and web design. After graduating from Savannah College of Art and Design, Monica fled Atlanta to make her career debut at VaynerMedia. During her time there, she helped digitally and socially brand Ruby Tuesday, Diageo, Aflac, Allegra, and Carmex. Realizing that there’s no place like home, she came back to the ol’ peach and found herself here at Maven.

To Maven, Monica brings big brand marketing experience combined with a multitude of creative capabilities. But there is nothing she believes in more than separating art from design to produce the most effective brand solutions. Being posed with a seemingly impossible challenge is what she seeks. And when tackling these projects, she approaches problems with no preconceived notions, fully delving into the brand’s DNA and always looking to push clients just far enough out of their comfort zones.

When not working to help our brands create stunning identities, Monica is….probably still working. She’s heavily committed to and passionate about bringing beautiful design to Atlanta’s local music community. She is the sole designer for the city’s only punk music festival and always dipping her toes into new projects proving that when you love what you do, you never work a day in your life.

He is always focusing on building better relationships and creating worthwhile interactions with his clients. When he is not working, Adam spends his time getting involved in the non-profit space, mentoring refugee children as a Refugee Youth Mentor, as well as volunteering with Trees Atlanta to help preserve the city’s urban canopy. He is also an avid wakeboarder and student of the martial arts disciplines, Muay Thai and boxing.
